They are brief to get your attention focus like a laser beam. Anger is a misunderstood emotion. Even health professionals want to erase or eliminate it. As if anger is to be denied or buried deep inside us. I disagree. Let me explain: Feeling angry is OK At the same time, learning to be the master of our emotions rather than their slave makes us winners. It is the way we express anger that may work against us and even get us into trouble. Look at the anger-prone people you know. Usually they have a low tolerance to frustration. They have issues with what is fair and what is not. They jump to conclusions and say things like: I knew it….didnt you see, he did it on purpose to get me angry. They have black-and-white thinking, so it is either good or it is totally bad. They are rigid and say: he should have never done that to me or this is the right way of doing it. Usually they mean my way or no way. They feel entitled: I am right”, they should listen to me “stupid bastards” Now hold the mirror of reality to you. What do you say to yourself in situations where your anger buttons are pushed? As a communications facilitator I am most interested in what you say to yourself when angry. How is that? Well. Your self-talk defines your world. Your personal filters will decide what you hear and what you see. Do not assume that you

Management, what and how?

This movie is about management and is divided in six parts. In the beginning of the movie I ask two questions; what is management and how do you become a good manager. In the movie I have first focused on the second question, which is shown in these six chapters. The first chapter is about management by fear, and in the clip we´ll sees big world leaders with great power, which might feel intimidating. The second part is about charisma, how some people use their charisma to manage companies or groups. The characters in this part are Steve Jobs, Bill Gates and Tom Peters, which I see as charismatic leaders. The third part is how you manage by constantly being in control of your employees. The fist clip shows a boss who have to have everything his own way and dont give his employee any options, which leads to the second clip were one man is being wiped by someone that symbolizes his boss. In the fourth chapter I describe a determined manager, one of many ways to be determined is that you have a big confident and being goal-oriented which GM CEO Rick Wagoner and Jets head coach Herman Edwards are. An inspiring manger is the focus of the fifth part, were I have chose to show two athlete coaches inspiring there teams before an important game. The sixed part which I called merely having fun shows a man managing a dog, and the dog manages a herd of cheeps. This clip can be seen as a metaphor for a company where the man is the CEO, the dog might be a department chief and the
